Every recommendation is matched to your city, hotel area, travel dates, dining moments, food preferences, comfort needs, budget, and dietary considerations — prepared by someone who has actually eaten at each restaurant.
Japan Dining Concierge has ended new concierge bookings and is no longer accepting new dining guide or reservation-support requests. This page remains available as historical service and policy information.

Analytics and attribution
Optional analytics helped us understand which public marketing pages and referral sources were useful. We did not intentionally send names, email addresses, trip details, dietary notes, Stripe IDs, Notion IDs, passwords, or other personal request details to analytics events. If analytics was accepted, limited UTM and referral information could be stored first-party to understand marketing source performance. Visitors can change analytics consent from the Privacy settings control on the website.
Refund / cancellation policy
Because each PDF dining guide is custom research prepared for a specific traveler and trip, cancellations and refunds are available only before research work has started. Once restaurant research, shortlist preparation, or PDF production has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. If Japan Dining Concierge cannot begin the work for operational reasons, the customer will be contacted by email about cancellation or refund options.
Custom PDF dining guide service
Japan Dining Concierge provides custom PDF dining guides and restaurant shortlist recommendations. The service is not a restaurant reservation agency, travel agency, official concierge desk, or restaurant operator.
Restaurant availability disclaimer
Restaurant reservations, restaurant availability, menu availability, dietary accommodation, opening hours, and restaurant access are not guaranteed. Restaurants may change hours, close temporarily, become fully booked, change menus, or refuse service based on their own policies.
